We take great care to raise our animals humanely... you might even think we spoil them a little. We buy our young animals from trusted local farmers and raise them on our farm (2 miles from the farm stand in the town of Pomfret).

Our black angus/angus cross steer graze in the pasture all day and our pigs roll in the cool mud. Happy pigs become happy bacon!

Special Orders

We welcome your special order requests. Most any cut is possible with some notice. Because we raise a limited number of animals at a time we don't have every cut in stock all the time.
